In September 2023, our partners at the Growing Lives Project took participants on a trip to Mount Cook Adventure Centre with funding from the Mental Health Small Grants Scheme.
They took part in a range of activities including archery, karting and zip wire.
It was an opportunity to spend time outdoors and develop team working skills, build their confidence and improve their physical health and wellbeing. Everyone who took part had a great time and feedback from participants was really positive.
