Timeswap

Time Swap is an initiative that encourages local communities to help each other by sharing time and talents. As a member you can earn 'time' by doing things in your community that you enjoy, or are good at, to help other people. You can then spend that time on getting help from other people with something that you find difficult or someone in your community could teach you a new skill.

Trent Psychological Therapies Service

All therapy is tailored to meet your individual needs and we will work in partnership to help you to understand your problems, identify your goals and to develop a treatment plan to create change and help you to progress towards recovery. Treatment can include face to face appointments, telephone consultations, guided self-help packages and books on prescription.

We deliver short term therapy, helping you to use new strategies to build skills and ensure you can lead a healthy lifestyle.We will teach you useful coping techniques to equip you to recover from any mental health issues you are facing to help you lead an emotionally full life.
