GRID Voices Short Survey - Have Your Say on Services in Derbyshire!

Posted on: 21 Dec 2022

As part of our GRIDVoices Project, Derbyshire County Council in Partnership with Leeds Trinity University have developed a short survey for people in Derbyshire about their experiences of using our services.

The Survey takes only few minutes to fill out and is targeted at anyone with a view to share about our services.  Responses are welcomed from people who use our services, people in recovery and friends and family members of people in recovery and professionals so please share this as widely as you can.

Digital completions of the survey are preferred as it makes for easier collation of data and is environmentally friendly. If you would like a paper copy of the survey however please contact Mulka by email at mulkanisic@gmail.com.
