Derbyshire County Council to offer free Gambling-Related Harm Awareness Training for Organisations and Individuals

Do you want to help support people struggling with a gambling addiction?

Derbyshire County Council would like to promote the offer of free Gambling-Related Harm
Awareness Training to all Derbyshire residents, including those working with individuals in Recovery and individuals in Recovery themselves.

Multiple studies have shown that individuals who have a gambling addiction can also experience issues with substance misuse. According to this study when someone is diagnosed with a gambling addiction, they commonly have an additional substance misuse need.
