‘Is it really a choice when the world has already judged you?’
Rhubarb Farm, a social enterprise dedicated to supporting individuals in recovery, is set to premiere its powerful new short film titled “CHOICE”. This film promises to shake up the conversation around drug and alcohol use by showing Ben’s personal and unfiltered portrayal of the internal struggles associated with substance use. Ben Sofield’s aim with “CHOICE” is to highlight the negative experience of waking up in alcohol withdrawal, including the onset of delirium tremens (DT) symptoms. The film explores the struggles and stigma faced by individuals in such situations, and shows how these factors can become significant barriers to seeking help.
