Recovery Space Description

Recovery is easier when others help. Connecting through positive activities boosts mood, builds confidence, and benefits physical as well as mental well-being.

At Zink HQ, visitors will find a welcoming space where they can:

• Talk with the Team: Friendly, supportive individuals and professionals who are happy to help!
• Take part in uplifting activities: Try new games, get creative, stay active, or engage with others within the community.
• Enjoy a Sober Social Night with Others: Games, laughter, and sometimes karaoke!
• Or Connect via Zoom: Wednesdays at 8:30pm.
• Book a session with a Lived Experience Recovery Supporter: One-to-one guidance from someone who has been through it all before (referral required).
• Refuel at the Eco-Café: Enjoy a hot lunch, coffee, or cake in a relaxed atmosphere.
• sign up to one of our team challenges: dragon boat racing, Buxton carnival, Channel Swim Challenge – in 2026 we’re going there and back!
