Find local support for people affected by the substance use of another
Kelsey Family CIC run the Recovery Together Project, which aims to provide holistic based recovery support for anyone affected by substance use disorder either directly or indirectly.
Derbyshire Addiction Advice Service run the Family Intervention Support Project which aims to provide support in recovery for families affected by substance use.
Derbyshire Recovery Partnership, Derbyshire’s free adult treatment provider, offer support for family members affected by another person’s substance use.
National charities supporting affected others
ADFAM, which aim to support people affected by someone else’s drinking, drug use or gambling.
Al-Anon Family Groups are there for anyone whose life is or has been affected by someone else’s drinking.
NAR-Anon a 12-step program designed to help relatives and friends of addicts recover from the effects of living with an addicted relative or friend.
Mothers Against Addiction is a national non-profit organization dedicated to supporting anyone affected by addiction.
Addiction Family Support is safe space for people impacted by a loved one’s harmful use of alcohol, drugs or gambling. We listen, understand and support.
Families Anonymous a world-wide fellowship of family members and friends affected by another’s abuse of mind-altering substances, or related behavioural problems.
